Despite the large number of scientific studies, the issues of regulation and optimization of livestock production costs in the management accounting system remain unclear. Therefore, there is a need for further in-depth study of theoretical and methodological developments aimed at determining methods of regulation and optimization of livestock production costs in the management accounting system, which determines the relevance of the chosen topic. The article examines the issues of regulation and optimization of livestock production costs in the management accounting system, expanding the concept of «costs», consider methods of accounting for livestock production costs and emphasize the main points of cost accounting in production.</p> <p>The production of competitive products and ensuring a stable position of enterprises in the agricultural market requires a change in the cost of livestock production by creating a perfect management accounting system, which allows to provide internal users with information for effective management.</p> <p>It is stated that in theory and practice there are a number of features for the classification of costs, which take into account various aspects of the agricultural enterprise and form a variety of information for effective management decisions. Approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "corporate culture" are considered, which allowed to outline the elemental composition of corporate culture, identify sources of culture at the enterprise level, highlight its most important characteristics and prove the importance of corporate culture in implementing enterprise development strategy. The system of interconnections and interrelations through which the type of corporate culture at the enterprise is formed is found out. It is proved that the harmonization of corporate culture and strategy of the enterprise is an effective tool to ensure its further development. Methods of corporate culture diagnostics are considered and using the OCAI method, the type of corporate culture is determined on the example of a higher education institution, the directions of its improvement are revealed in terms of harmonization of the institution's strategy and elements and style of its corporate culture market of educational services. Corporate culture is presented as a system of personal and collective values, which, under ideal conditions, are accepted and shared by all members of the enterprise, and practically implemented through a set of norms, techniques, rules for solving problems of external adaptation and internal integration of employees. It is determined that the main purpose of the corporate culture of the enterprise is to harmonize its elements with the development strategy of the enterprise to ensure its sustainability and competitiveness. It is proved that the development of corporate culture of the university is an important aspect to solve existing problems and to ensure its success. Problems of effective management and administration of the enterprise depend not only on economic, social, environmental factors. They directly depend on the culturological factor. Corporate culture is a component of corporate policy. It is determined that one of the main tasks of modern enterprise management is the development of corporate culture and its components. It was found that the development of corporate culture is closely related to increasing attention to personnel management and creating a psychological climate, focusing on dialogue between management and employees. It is determined that when forming the conceptual foundations of corporate culture development management should take into account not only the psychological and historical features of its formation, but also the market component - the ability to self-organization. The latter becomes a catalyst for the effective use of potential staff. It has been found that effective corporate culture management involves determining the willingness of management to change. Emphasis is placed on the choice of enterprise management strategy. Depending on the formation of the company's mission will depend on the approach to corporate culture management. The study of factors influencing the formation of corporate culture of the enterprise proves that the level of macrofactors for all enterprises is the same, mesofactors and microfactors have features at the level of a particular enterprise and they form a variety of corporate cultures. It is proved that the strengthening of competition in the market enhances the action of micro and mesofactors, and therefore their manifestation requires new, effective methods and ways of working with staff. It was found that corporate culture is also a question of staff motivation, leadership style, the influence of the leader's personality, etc. It covers most of the spiritual and material life of the team. It is determined that the existence of a democratic society actualizes the problem of introduction of humanitarian norms of interconnection in the organization of the system of management and subordination of administrative relations to the requirements of the humanitarian paradigm. It is complicated by the fact that the theoretical and methodological understanding of the state of culture has not yet been properly embodied in the organization of the enterprise management system. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the practice of enterprise management often demonstrates either underestimation of the cultural component of development, or attempts to solve complex problems using borrowed foreign methods. As a result - the lack of culture, the lack of its priority in the team is one of the reasons for slowing down the process of effective reforms in the enterprise. It is determined that new approaches to the system organization of enterprise management are largely determined by changes in the motivation of both managers and traditional specialists (specialists). They are considered in close connection with the increasing role of corporate culture in the management process - a tool to increase the social responsibility of staff for the effectiveness of the production process (provision of services). The study hypothesizes that the use of Industry 4.0 technologies contributes to the development of modern marketing, data analysis and ensures the security of transactions between consumers on online platforms, which is a driver for the creation of innovative business models, which, in turn, ensure the effective development of business and e-commerce.</p> <p>The study determined that IoT technologies, big data and analytical capabilities have become an integral part of the development of retail at the present stage. With technological advances in a consumer-centric economic system, market participants can interact with customers through more diverse and effective means. In addition, businesses in the economic system can also optimize their operations and management, allocate and efficiently use resources based on consumer demand and quickly and accurately meet the desired demand by offering optimal goods and services. It is concluded that, as drivers of continuous innovation and transformation of the retail industry, enterprises should consider the technological innovations of Industry 4.0 with an open mind and actively apply them in their strategic transformations. The purpose of the article is to form information and analytical support in the context of managing the economic, environmental and social components of the activities of institutional units.</p> <p>These institutional transformations gave impetus to the development and implementation of a general information structure, which allows you to measure and predict the potential consequences of economic, social and environmental interaction between subjects and society. A conceptual model of information and analytical support for the management of sustainable development of institutional units is built, taking into account the fundamental provisions of the value creation process. The complex nature of the modeling made it possible to form a global dynamic image of the sustainable development management system of an institutional unit, which reflects the given dynamics of development, the nominal structure of the process of creating added value with the available volumes of financial, intellectual, human, social-reputation and natural capital, and the hierarchical structure of causal links of the economic process in time coordinates. The issues are considered of competitive advantages formation from the standpoint of market, resource and behavioral approaches is developed. Competition is seen not only as a classic confrontation of individual actors, but as the formation of prerequisites for effective interaction in the market, weakening the antagonistic component of competition and finding ways to establish effective partnerships for further cooperation.</p> <p>This paper analyzes the theoretical contribution to the formation and development of the competition theory and competitive advantages and concludes that under the influence of globalization such types of partnerships as cooperation, coopetition and consolidation are becoming widespread. There are two main ways to strengthen the enterprises competitive advantages, namely: rely on their capabilities or create new partnerships. Emphasis is placed on actualizing the behavioral and strategic relationship value. If the former is based on trust and confidence, then the strategic value implies the provision of strategic advantages, focusing on the development of key competencies, rational allocation of resources and obtaining a synergistic result in the future.</p> <p>The present study analyzes the approaches to the classification of the enterprise life cycle stages. The main emphasis is placed on the formation of enterprise development strategy and detailing competitive advantages in each of its activity periods. The relationship between the life cycle stages, the goals and objectives of the organization, possible development strategies and the corresponding competitive advantages is illustrated. It is concluded that the company at any life cycle stage can create and provide certain competitive advantages implementing a strategy. Only the successful selection and implementation of the appropriate strategy can guarantee the desired quantity and quality of these benefits, the duration of their preservation and efficiency. The digital economy is considered from the standpoint of historical retrospect. The formation of the digital economy under the influence of technological development of innovations is analyzed. It is established that digitalization gets its place in the history of technological development, but unlike automation and earlier technological transformations, digitalization goes far beyond production and covers other phases of the reproduction cycle. The concept of digital economy is analyzed and its essence is defined. The dynamics of indicators of digital economy development in Ukraine for the last three years is studied. It is established that these indicators have positive dynamics, in particular, the volume of sales received from trade through websites or applications increased by 28.4% to 4.5% of total sales. Based on the trends in the emergence and development of digital technologies, an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the digital economy. The advantages include: increasing the welfare of the population, reducing transaction costs, stimulating innovation, opening new markets, global automation and standardization of all economic processes: industrial, educational, medical, social, reducing bureaucracy and corruption, etc. The disadvantages include: destabilization of the monetary system; increasing dependence on leading companies in the field of information and communication technologies, etc. It is concluded that digital technologies are constantly being improved and integrated into global networks, integrated into various spheres of society. and change the global economy. Digitization should be seen as a tool, not an end in itself. One of the main problems that have risen here since the beginning of the exploitation of oil fields is the contamination of landscapes with oil and oil products. At present, a significant part of the land is heavily polluted with oil and formation water, the hydrological regime of the territory has deteriorated, and the soil structure has been destroyed.</p> <p>The State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) is taking decisive steps in improving environmental safety management systems in accordance with international requirements, as well as in solving existing environmental problems, protecting public health and the rational use of natural resources. Prevention of pollution as a result of onshore oil and gas operations, elimination of the consequences of pollution is a priority task of SOCAR's environmental policy.</p> <p>The analysis of the current state of environmental and economic risk management at SOCAR showed that, despite all the positive changes in the field of reducing environmental pollution, the company still needs to enhance the effectiveness of measures to manage these risks.</p> <p>In particular, despite the successful implementation of a number of measures to reduce air pollution, the amount of air emissions from stationary sources at the company's enterprises remains significant.</p> <p>A number of extremely important, environmentally oriented initiatives does not sufficiently cover the oil and gas production by onshore enterprises and are mainly focused on offshore enterprises, which are being developed independently and jointly with foreign companies.</p> <p>In order to enhance the effectiveness of risk management, it is proposed a departure from a centralized, at the company level, form of management and the formation of a risk management system (RMS) directly at the enterprises themselves. To implement this approach, some changes in the organizational structure of enterprises are recommended, including the creation of a department for managing all risks to which the enterprise may be exposed. The role of individual and group learning as a necessary condition for activation and effective use of the enterprise intellectual potential was highlighted. The basic principles were highlighted, and methods of personnel management necessary for ensuring the successful operation of the enterprise were developed. Environmental factors, internal factors, constrictions and barriers in the context of effective use of the enterprise intellectual potential were analyzed. The list of indicators that create an impact of intellectual employees innovative activity level has been supplemented. The conclusion that the enterprise should improve the corporate structure is substantiated, because it creates conditions for more effective activity of intellectual employees and accelerated transition of the enterprise to an innovative model of development. The study of this issue presented in the article is aimed at ensuring the acceleration of transformation processes in education.</p> <p>At the same time, special attention is paid to the problems of strengthening the interaction between educational institutions and business, education system and employers, improving the quality of education, improving its content. The latter should be based on: humanization, humanitarization, fundamentalization, technologization, informatization, continuity of education and its effectiveness.</p> <p>It is emphasized that the priority role in achieving qualitative changes as a result of transformational processes in the educational sphere belongs to the active implementation of scientific and technological progress in the educational process, which, in turn, requires certain changes in the work of an educational institution, in particular in terms of the use of modern pedagogical technologies, training, as well as theoretical knowledge, appropriate methodology.</p> <p>It is noted that the transformation of education should be aimed at ensuring the advanced development of its potential on an innovative basis. The urgency of the study is due to the need to reorient markets by increasing the share of products sold on national and local markets, optimizing logistics chains, disseminating information about domestic producers and brands, range of organic products via the Internet and other electronic networks.</p> <p>It was noted that the global and domestic trends are the growth of e-commerce and sales of organic products using digital marketing tools. Adaptation to trade and logistics restrictions caused, in particular by quarantine restrictions, forces companies to increase marketing activity on the Internet, to use offline and online tools to promote goods and services.</p> <p>Trends in the use of digital marketing tools by producers of organic crop products in Ukraine were analyzed. It was established that most often domestic companies use Internet sites, social networks, development and promotion of trademarks to promote organic products.</p> <p>Improving the effectiveness of digital marketing of organic crop products is possible through the optimal combination of different tools that take into account the target audience, the specifics of the finished product, the marketing strategy of the enterprise. According to the results of factor analysis, the effectiveness of the promotion of organic crop products is influenced by the intensity of visits to the company's website, the frequency of orders in the CRM system and the completeness of their processing, the prevalence of social networks.</p> <p>The advantages and disadvantages of digital marketing tools for promoting organic crop products, namely SEO, CRM-systems, social networks. The structural and logical model of digital marketing of organic crop products was proposed, consisting of three blocks: initial, promoting and activating. Each of them includes a set of tools that will increase sales at optimal costs. When conquering market niches and strengthening market positions, it is proposed to develop and promote a specialized site. This will ensure active communication through social networks. With the development of the organic direction of business, the gradual expansion of the range and increase market share is relevant to the use of SEO, CRM-systems, cloud computing. Analysis of digital currencies has shown that they have the following properties: digital currency uses cryptography for security against counterfeiting; the issue is carried out by the system itself, which is independent and uncontrolled; it is impossible to establish in what way this or that cryptocurrency was received (exchange for goods or real money, mining). The characteristics of different currencies were given, it was established that each of them can be used for different purposes, namely: Ethereum - smart contracts; Lightcoin - digital money for fast transactions; Ripple - for the purposes of venture funds; Dash is a completely anonymous digital currency, usable for Darknet.</p> <p>The scientific novelty lies in the substantiation of approaches to the identification of digital currencies as objects of accounting. Particular attention should be paid to the recognition of digital currency when accounting for it, as it has certain implications for the reflection of such an asset in the accounts, analytical and synthetic registers and in the financial statements. The approach of different countries to the legal regulation of such an asset is analyzed. Because the legal conflict in the future does not allow to tax those transactions that use digital assets. At present in Ukraine there are no normative legal acts on regulation of accounting and taxation of digital currencies. An approach to reflect the movement of payments using digital currency in the CBDC network is proposed. The primary document from the blockchain network is provided to confirm the transaction on the transfer of cryptocurrency BitcoinCash to a third party. The process of payment verification is presented taking into account the innovations in displaying digital currencies in the banking network. The main verification process is defined, which is generalized at certain stages of its implementation.</p> <p>Prospects for further research will be to determine the advantages and disadvantages of using digital currencies when paying a company with another for certain goods, works or services. It is necessary to compare the use of digital currencies, the national currency of the hryvnia and the US dollar. Based on the multifunctionality of forests, it is substantiated that entrepreneurial activity in forestry has a deeper ecological, economic and social meaning, compared to other areas of activity. It is noted that the dual nature of forest resources causes the diversification of types and organizational forms of entrepreneurship throughout the forest sector. Extended reproduction in the research area according to the concept of sustainable development has an impact on the well-being of more than one generation. This factor becomes decisive in the latest economic conditions and determines the adoption of appropriate measures of economic stimulation of the intensive type of economic growth of expanded forest production. The results of the analysis of the activities of forestry enterprises, corporate interests of forestry activities, as well as the role of the state and environmental insurance are the basis for determining the prospects for long- and short-term temporary use of forests in Ukraine. In the course of the research, general and special methods were used, in particular: economic-statistical and calculation-analytical methods for carrying out a complex analysis of the monitoring of the spatial asymmetry of the customs space in Ukraine; abstract-logical and dialectical methods of analysis to substantiate theoretical propositions and conclusions. The techniques of graphical display of results are applied in the article.</p> <p><strong> Findings</strong>. The state of spatial asymmetry of the customs space in Ukraine is analyzed, using indicators(number of enterprises that imported goods, volume of imports of goods, number of enterprises that exported goods), that characterize the customs and foreign trade component, as well as the economic development of the country. The spatial asymmetries of the customs space of Ukraine in the context of determining the prospects and opportunities to increase its efficiency and balance are assessed. The attraction to the so-called ‘post-charisma’ (neo-charisma), which replaces Weber's affective order, is justified by modern development trends: requirements for globalization, innovative development, as well as Ukraine's integration into the European and World Space. The importance of using the phenomenon of neo-charisma by socio-economic systems of all forms of ownership and spheres of activities is, in fact, a strategic development plan that determines the priorities of enterprises and organizations with the most optimal ways to achieve them. It is noted that the classical approach to the concept of charisma loses to a new view of a person of the knowledge economy (as well as its derivatives — the show economy), as an independent carrier of all those qualities available only to a charismatic leader, and contains a wide range of tools and methods of application in the field of innovation. Given the complexity of functioning environment of modern Ukrainian socio-economic systems in the context of threats and weaknesses more than opportunities and advantages, we focus on the development of conceptual foundations — a kind of key requirements for functioning in an irrational environment. The essence of ‘neo-charisma’ is presented. Attention is drawn to the use of modern methods of managing the intellectual resource of employees when creating innovations, which allow taking into account the peculiarities of their development. The necessity of comprehensive study of the factors influencing the emergence of the phenomenon of neo-charisma is emphasized. Special attention is paid to the retrospective of formation and existence of social order, and measures to support the latter are proposed.
