Abstract

Abstract. The article is devoted to the role assigned to culture and education in the context of the managerial culture of the head of an organization. It is found that in the conditions of unstable economic situation in Ukraine started the global financial and economic crisis, the pandemic spread of the coronavirus, the increasing influence of innovative information and communication technologies, the search for new ways and methods of effective governance at the state level and at the level of entities is on time. It was found out that in Ukrainian society, there are growing trends in the number of managers who have insufficient preparation for management activities, poor knowledge of modern technologies and management tools in various fields of activity, as well as insufficient formation of managerial competence and culture in the process of obtaining professional education. It is determined that culture and education have a lot in common with the humanitarian paradigm, because the essential feature of a person is spirituality.

It was found out that the leader culture of a manager is a type of management culture that concerns the activities of a manager. In contrast to the organizational (corporate) culture, the principal goal of which is to achieve maximum efficiency of the organization, the manager's managerial culture is the art of ensuring harmonious relations between all members of the team.

It is proved that the manager's leader culture can be considered at different levels. In particular, at the personal level, leader culture is not limited to the division into the following mental and psychological elements, such as knowledge, understanding, ability and aspiration of the corresponding communicative and managerial content. It can be structured in relation to the main management functions – information and analytical, managerial decision-making, organizational, motivational, control, and so on.

There is a need to distinguish the General administrative culture that exists in the organization and the culture of managerial work of the supervisor, which we call the management culture of the supervisor, the elements of which are: depth, worldview, moral and ethical standards and attitude to work, skills in organizing and performing work, the ability to control yourself and understand the workforce.

It is proved that the development of culture level in the organization involves the use of modern forms and methods of organizational work: management training, mastery of practical skills on managing and promoting the motivation of managers towards the development of their own management culture and labor, with the aim of democratic governance, which is the most effective in modern conditions. Self-education, participation in problem seminars, conferences, work in special research groups can be considered the most effective forms of development of managerial culture.
