THE ECONOMIC SAFETY OF THE STATE: A VIEW OF THE PRIZE OF CUSTOMS REGULATION OF INVESTMENT PROCESSES

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to synthesize and analyze theoretical approaches to the definition of the basic economic definition «economic security». Correct definition of it is extremely important in order to reliably address the threats to economic security and ways to overcome them.
Methodology of research. Theoretical and methodological basis of the research is the scientific works of domestic and foreign authors on the research of the essence of economic security, Internet resources. In the process of research used general and special methods, in particular: monographic – in the implementation of the literary review of the problem under study; systemic and structural analysis – in substantiating different approaches and different points of view before interpreting the essence of economic security as a complex economic category.
Findings. Generalized theoretical developments of domestic and foreign scientists-economists on the interpretation of «economic security». The author analyzed the definitions of economic security, grouping them on the following features: economic security as a condition, economic security as a security system, etc. On the basis of systematization of literary sources negative threats-factors for the economic security of the state in the investment sphere were revealed. Measures of the state on questions of regulation of economic security in the investment sphere are established. Determined the special role of post-audit as an effective means for the implementation of customs regulation of investment processes.
Originality. Excursus on the theory of economic security of the state in order to determine the depth of the concept of this concept, taking into account different points of view and identifying negative threats-factors for the economic security of the state in the investment sphere.
Practical value. The obtained research results are the basis for solving practical problems of the correct scientific approach to understanding this concept at the present stage.
