The article studies factors and their impact on the functioning of enterprise supply chains. It was found that the efficiency of logistics activities of domestic enterprises is closely related to the quality of the logistics chains they create. Biometric analysis of literary sources proves that the problems that arise in the creation and functioning of the logistics system are quite different and require in-depth research by scientists. Different approaches to the formation of a supply chain have been identified, but despite this, there is no consensus on the advantages of one over the other. It has been determined that groups of individuals and legal entities, including suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, freight forwarding companies, general warehouses and others, are active participants who perform various logistics operations. It has been analyzed and proven that the efficiency of logistics systems largely depends on the relationship between external and internal factors, which together form a single integrated structure. It has been found that the interaction between them forms a single dynamic system, where changes in one of the components can significantly affect others, ensuring or weakening the efficiency of the overall logistics structure. It has been determined that external factors have a complex impact on logistics processes, forcing companies to reorient routes, change work strategies and implement new solutions to minimize risks. It has been determined that one of the main innovations in the field of logistics is blockchain technology, which significantly increases the level of transparency and control in supply processes. Optimized logistics measures implemented by logistics companies in accordance with the requirements of sustainable development are presented and analyzed, which made it possible to highlight particularly important ones in the context of military operations in Ukraine. It was determined that environmental factors focus on the implementation of the principles of a circular economy aimed at reusing materials and minimizing waste (circular economy); social factors focus on the development of human capital through improving skills and strengthening the social responsibility of companies to local communities; managerial factors include the active use of innovative digital technologies that allow for more effective demand forecasting, optimizing inventory management, and ensuring reliable information security.
