CREATIVITY AS A TOOL OF ADAPTIVE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF IMPLEMENTING ECONOMIC POLICY OF UKRAINE'S EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

Abstract

The article studies the role and significance of creativity as a fundamental tool in the adaptive management system of domestic enterprises operating in the context of intensification of European integration processes and implementation of the new economic policy of Ukraine. The author theoretically substantiates that creativity in modern management is transformed from a purely aesthetic or marketing category into a strategic resource that ensures the stability of business processes and the ability to advance adaptation.

The study uses a combination of general and special scientific methods and approaches, including: the method of system-structural analysis was used to evaluate the basic models of adaptive management (Boyd's cycle, scenario modeling, collaborative adaptation) and determine their functional elements; the method of comparative analysis was used to compare different models and assess the specifics of their implementation in different sectors of the economy; the case method became the main tool for a detailed study of the practical experience of the companies Liki24, Kormotech, «Galya Baluvana» and Donna.

Within the framework of scientific research, basic models of adaptive management were systematized and adapted to the realities of the Ukrainian market. In particular, the specifics of the application of the Boyd cycle as a tool for rapid response to market shocks were detailed; the potential of the «Organization Life Cycle» model was revealed in the context of digitalization and prioritization of reaction speed over forecast accuracy; the feasibility of scenario modeling for minimizing risks in the long term was substantiated. Special attention was paid to the author’s interpretation of the collaborative adaptation model, which is based on the principles of co-creation, design thinking and integration of Ukrainian manufacturers into global intellectual ecosystems. The author proved that the strategic synergy of creative potential and adaptive management models is a key prerequisite for the successful integration of Ukrainian business into European value chains and ensuring its international competitiveness in the long term.
