Abstract. This article provides a comprehensive analysis of modern approaches to managing the training of professional managers in Ukraine under the conditions of globalization. The study examines the impact of global economic transformations, digitalization, international integration, and wartime challenges on the development of management education. It is substantiated that globalization significantly reshapes the requirements for managerial competencies, emphasizing the need for adaptability, strategic thinking, digital literacy, and leadership skills. The research highlights the growing importance of human capital development, knowledge management, and continuous learning in ensuring the effectiveness of modern managers. The article identifies and analyzes key methodological approaches to managing managerial training, including the competency-based, systemic, innovative, and adaptive approaches. Particular attention is paid to the role of digital technologies, such as online learning platforms, artificial intelligence, and simulation tools, in enhancing the quality and accessibility of management education. The current state of the managerial training system in Ukraine is examined, revealing a number of critical challenges, including the mismatch between educational programs and labor market needs, insufficient practical training, brain drain, and the consequences of military conflict. These factors necessitate the modernization of educational policies and practices. The study proposes strategic directions for improving the training of professional managers, including strengthening cooperation between education and business, promoting internationalization, advancing digital transformation, and developing soft skills. A conceptual model for managing managerial training is developed, incorporating strategic, institutional, and operational levels, and based on the principles of innovation, adaptability, and lifelong learning. The findings suggest that effective management of managerial training in Ukraine requires a comprehensive and integrated approach that combines international best practices with national specificities. The implementation of modern educational models will contribute to the development of competitive and highly qualified managers capable of operating successfully in the global environment.
